When I was growing up I was the kid who only played video games and ate way too much junk food. I would get winded walking up the stairs and had very poor self-esteem and social skills. I was unhealthy and unhappy for most of my child hood and into college.
Since starting my quest for a more adventure-ready lifestyle I have trained for and ran in Tough Mudder and Warrior Dash races, I've competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and full contact kickboxing, and have even auditioned for TV’s American Ninja Warrior! I've achieved great results while still eating "fun food" and without sacrificing my social life or family time. I want to pass these successes and lessons on to you, so that everyone can improve their real life stats and feel a bit more super-human every day!
