Kettlebell 5k Challenge
Back in Auguest of 2020 I put out the Kb 5k as way to give people stuck at home a way to train with minimal space and equipment and still get results.
In just 30 to 40 minutes per workout, this workout plan has you completing 5,000 swings in five weeks. It's a challenging volume and should be approached only when you have a solid grasp on your swing technique and other fundamental moves, like the squat, lunge and push up. With this simple and compact plan you'll increase your stamina and energy, get stronger and burn a ton of calories while you're at it!
