When I was growing up I was the kid who played too many video games and only ate junk food. I would get winded just from walking up the stairs and had very poor self-esteem and social skills. I was unhealthy and unhappy for most of my child hood and into college.
Since starting my quest for a more adventure-ready lifestyle I have trained for and ran in Tough Mudder and Warrior Dash races, I've competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and amateur kickboxing, and have even auditioned for TV’s American Ninja Warrior! I've achieved great results while still eating "human food" and without sacrificing video games or D&D nights. I want to pass these successes and lessons on to you, so that everyone can improve their real life stats and feel a bit more super-human every day!
